Training The Heart of the Transformation   with Philippe Lenaif Director Biodanza school SRT Soignies, creator of the extension 17 & 18 november 2012/ 9 & 10 februari 2013/ 22 & 23 juni 2013  Venue : Biodanzafabriek, Zaandam - Holland Opposite all types of events, the emotions that we do not express, which we do not live fully (whatever the reason) fix themselves in us, in our body, as crystallized energy, at the origin of our dissociations. Our body attitude of today reveals the test which we crossed yesterday. Our difficulties of today find for great part their source in defects of expressions of yesterday. Whatever the way of life which led us to the adulthood, there have been, for each one of us, events generating deep dissociations which found refuge in the depth of our unconscious. The specificity of these dissociations is that they are almost inaccessible. Consequently, these pieces of ourselves being abandoned, lost in the vastness of our unconscious, in the hands of Thanatos, limit the expression of our potentials, the expansion of our existential creativity, the access to the state of plenitude. Biodanza, thanks to its universal nature, offers a fantastic opportunity to reach these parts of us in difficulties in order to bring them back into the arms of Eros, thus freeing a big part of our potentialities hitherto contracted, changing our perception of life, offering a whole pallet of new possibilities. "The Heart of the Transformation” consists of a progressive, deep and intense vivential incursion to meet those parts of us which have been waiting so long for this moment of rehabilitation. This requires courage, as Rolando says: "Those who do not descend into the darkness of hell cannot have access nor celebrate the light of Apollo". The rehabilitation of the numinous unconscious passes through the requalification of our darkness. The characteristic of this extension relies on a subtle roll out of a universal vivential process which aims at offering the relevant environment to tame and bring back to unity the dissociated parts of us. The process is the same for every one (and thus there is no need of individual diagnosis) but some proposals/dances will make more sense to one or other according to his history / his needs. This extension, is based, beside the work of Rolando Toro Araneda, at the same time on the psychoanalytical and philosophical knowledge of the western world (Freud, Reich, Jung, Marcuse, ….), the actual state of the art in sciences regarding the neurosciences linked with the functioning of the reptilian brain and the neuro vegetative system (Porges, Levine, …) as well as on the approach of the human mystery and the cosmic wisdom of the ancient communities deeply connected with the earth (traditions from the Indians of Americas, from African people, ….).
